Aram Paul Janigian is the National Account Manager for permIT, an information technology search firm based in Washington, DC dedicated to placing object-oriented application developers nationwide. Aram has recently signed over 50 new clients for permIT. He has 10 years of experience selling software, consulting and staffing services to hundreds of clients across the US. Aram has also presented information on the IT job market to various User Groups around the country while his employment history includes working with consulting firms including Cap Gemini America, Syntel and Capitol Hill Software. At Cap Gemini, Aram managed business development in eight different Southern states including NC, SC, GA, FL, TN, KY, MS and AL. He supported five Client Service Executives in generating $40 million in revenue for the Atlanta branch in 1992. Syntel, Inc. had revenues of $170 million in 1998. Aram was ranked #1 Account Executive for TeamSourcing (staffing division) out of 15 Account Executives nationwide; managed ten different accounts that generated $3 million annually.
